Short Message Service (SMS) Delivery

Giftme eGift Cards can also be delivered directly to the recipient's mobile phone via SMS. To access and view the eGift Card, the recipient must possess an internet-enabled mobile device. Several factors, such as mobile network traffic and the recipient's mobile device being in range and powered on, can influence the successful delivery of the SMS. As Giftme is not a mobile network operator, we cannot guarantee the successful delivery of SMS messages.

Email Delivery

Giftme eGift Cards can be sent to the recipient's email address. The buyer must ensure that the recipient's email address is correctly entered during the purchase process. While Giftme aims to deliver the eGift Card to the recipient's email inbox promptly, factors like email server delays, spam filters, or incorrect email addresses can affect delivery. Giftme is not responsible for eGift Cards that are not received due to incorrect email addresses or other email-related issues.

Purchase Confirmation and Tracking

After successfully purchasing a Giftme eGift Card, the buyer will receive a confirmation receipt in their email. This email will contain a unique link allowing them to monitor the delivery status of the eGift Card.
